Elise's post about human-grade dog food reminded us of how much we love Whole Dog Journal. True, WDJ can be dreary, and is in dire need of a redesign that brings it into the 20th century (let alone the 21st), but for all that it remains one of the most authentic and credible voices in the dog business. We're especially thankful for WDJ's annual reviews of dog food and, more generally, its commitment to teaching Americans what to look for in commercial dog food.
